The Project

Norhaus Construction is a self-directed concept project exploring how a construction company's site can project stability and credibility, which matters enormously for large, high-stakes projects.

02

The Challenge

Construction is a trust-heavy category — clients are committing large budgets and long timelines, often based heavily on how credible a contractor looks online before any conversation happens. A thin or generic site actively works against winning that trust, regardless of the quality of the actual work.

03

The Approach

The design leans on scale, structure, and a confident visual language — the kind of presentation a large, established firm would use — built around project types and past work rather than generic service copy.

  • Trust-first homepage structure, leading with credibility signals before service details
  • Project-type organization so visitors can find relevant past work quickly
  • A confident, structured visual identity built to read as established, not new
  • Fully responsive build, including for on-site mobile viewing during client visits
04

The Result

As a concept project, Norhaus Construction doesn't have real project data or completed-value figures. It was designed to demonstrate how a contractor's site can look established and trustworthy from the very first visit.
