About Norhaus
Norhaus Construction was founded in 2008 on a simple premise: most construction problems are actually planning problems. We invest heavily up front — in drawings, in engineering, in a real schedule — so the build itself is comparatively boring. That's by design.
Today we run two to four active crews at a time, all senior-led, supported by an in-house estimating and permitting team that stays engaged from the first site walk through final punch list. Nothing gets handed off to a stranger halfway through.

How We Build
No two projects are identical, but the sequence that gets you there doesn't change — and neither does your point of contact.
We walk the site, review your program and budget, and give you an honest read on cost and schedule before any design work begins.
Architectural drawings and structural engineering developed in tandem, with pricing checked at each milestone so there are no surprises later.
Our in-house permitting team manages plan check and jurisdictional review while we finalize subcontractor bids and the master schedule.
A dedicated superintendent runs the site daily, with weekly owner updates and photo logs so you always know where things stand.
Final walkthrough, as-built documentation, and a two-year workmanship warranty with a direct line to our service team.
